They’re always on time, always here when they say they’ll be here. As a level 2 Chris covers all the things I need. Most electricians normally can’t do what he can do. I use him because when I first asked him to do a job he actually did it. In the past I’ve had a lot of tradesmen let me down but Chris actually completed the job for me. You realise he has 100% reliability, a good work ethic. His quality of work is second to none; he won’t take a short cut and bodge something up, he’ll do it right. So it’s the good quality work and the reliability, they’re the two key things from Chris. And he doesn’t overprice. So it makes my life easier; when tradesmen do their job right, it cuts my workload down.

They can do it all. Lots of electricians can’t do it all. They are accredited to the point where they can do just about all the work within the sheds and switchboard. What I’m paying for is their knowledge and depth of experience. They are sticklers for doing things right, but more often than not they know if there are easier ways of doing a particular job. Chris (the owner) is very good that way. His team have pleasant disposition, are honest; take a pride in their work too.
